In August 2009, all Deaf Society interpreting services throughout Australia changed their name to Sign Language Communications; e.g. (SLC VIC or SLC WA).

There is a new website (www.slcommunications.com.au) with an automatic link to each of the state SLC on-line booking systems.

The new voice phone number for SLC is 1300 123 SLC. Calls to this number from anywhere in Australia, will automatically connect you to the local state Deaf Society.
